Question 2: How do I care for my mahjong tiles?

Care for Your Tiles

To keep your Mahjong tiles looking their best:

Gently wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause fading
Keep away from moisture to prevent damage to the engraved and painted surface
Do not submerge tiles in water or use liquid cleaners

Proper care will help preserve the beauty and longevity of your tiles for years of play.

Question 3: Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping is limited to U.S. addresses. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.

Question 4: What is your return policy?

Return Policy -Mahjong Tiles

Due to the custom, small-batch nature of our Mahjong tiles, all tile sales are final and non-refundable.

That said, your happiness is very important to us. If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement or repair at our discretion.

Because each set is individually engraved and hand painted, slight variations in color or finish are considered normal and part of the handmade process.

Return Policy – Accessories & Other Items (Excludes Tiles)

We accept returns on non-tile items (such as mats, bags, and accessories) within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Items showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return
Final sale items are not eligible for return

I’m just a girl who went looking for the perfect Mahjong tile set… and couldn’t find it.

After a trip to Paris, I came home inspired by the color, charm, and everyday beauty of the city and immediately started searching for a Paris themed Mahjong set that captured that feeling. When I realized it didn’t exist, I did what any reasonable person would do: I started plotting it out with friends.

There were sketches, ideas, way too many text messages, and lots of “what if we tried this?” conversations. Slowly, those ideas turned into thoughtfully designed tiles filled with playful details and modern charm. Each piece is meant to spark joy and a little sense of wonder at the table.

At its heart, Mahjong is about gathering—friends around a table, laughter between turns, and traditions shared. My goal is to honor that tradition while giving it a fresh, beautiful twist that feels personal, fun, and made to be played again and again.
